RSPCA Animal Care Centre Devonport
RSPCA Tasmania has a dedicated Animal Care Centre, in Devonport, providing care and assistance to surrendered, neglected, sick or injured animals. Coming to a shelter can be a very stressful and frightening experience for most animals and our staff do everything they can to make the animals that come to us as comfortable and relaxed as possible while we find them a suitable, loving forever home. All our animals receive exercise and behavioural enrichment and are matched with other animals if possible, for company and/or playtime. Our behavioural assessors are experienced and ensure that each animal is assessed for their individual temperament and requirements, both while in our care and to ensure we match them with the best possible new homes.
