The Burnie’s City Kitchen at the Baptist Church Hall, 57 Mount Street is open Tuesday to Friday 9am – 1pm serving takeaway meals to everyone in the community – at 9am egg & bacon toasted sandwiches are available for a gold coin donation, at 12noon a two course takeaway meal for $3. We also have a separate table with goods (vegetables, milk, cereals, breads etc.) available for people doing it tough from 9am- 3pm. For those struggling to make ends meet, we are offering a special meal delivery anywhere between Wynyard & Devonport. Meal deliveries are only available in the afternoon and for people in hardship, just text the awesome Scott on 0409227003 and he will look after you.
