The Spirit of Christmas

“The Spirit of Christmas” is a festive concert featuring the talented Promac Productions. Starring tenor Roy Best, soprano Ali Jones, and concert pianist William Schmidt, who will bring beloved holiday songs to life on Thursday the 19th of December from 7pm at the Town Hall Theatre - Paranaple Arts Centre. The event also feature the beautiful harmonies of local choir Soul Notes, adding to the holiday cheer. Local artists Ezra Shelverton and Naz Mitchell will join the stage, showcasing their talents and adding a personal touch to the concert. Their performances will celebrate the community’s musical spirit, making the evening even more special. Hosted by the engaging Christopher McKenna, “The Spirit of Christmas” is a joyful celebration of music and holiday spirit. The Van Morrison Show is appearing in Shearwater on January 26th. Fronted by Scottish-born singer/songwriter Steve Boyd, the band first emerged from Melbourne's Irish pub scene in the early 2000s. Following successful performances at the Port Fairy Folk Festival and the Byron Bay Blues Festival with his band The Preachers, Steve was approached by Molly Bloom’s Irish pub to perform a Van Morrison tribute set on St. Patrick’s Day.
