The Waratah – Wynyard Council are hosting a special book launch at the Wonders of Wynyard on Monday 26 May at 11am. The Tasmanian author Kate Jenkins will be launching her new novel Out of the Ordinary, which delves into the early life of Wynyard’s own Frederick Matthias Alexander—founder of the internationally renowned Alexander Technique. It’s a fascinating local story with a fresh historical fiction twist.
